Here’s a short video I made of the surfers in the center of Munich today. This is one of my favorite spots in the city, always fun to watch.
This was also my first iPhone video!

Indeed. When I came to the US, I needed some time to get used to people yelling around in public. In Germany, yelling people might be understood to be drunk or simply unpleasant. But there’re exceptions like soccer matches

Was there last week and it is definitely amazing what they do there… was quite impressed with the city surfing concept. As far as I understood it, the surfers have wooden boards of different sizes with ropes attached to each end of the board and then they attach the ropes to the bridge and throw the board into the water which changes the shape of the waves.
Pretty cool!

You know, the lack of yelling is probably because it’s in Munich, and not somewhere in the US, to which you are probably comparing to
